Welcome to this week’s blog roundup of the Beauty & Style Spotlight Team, where we explore self care inside and out! Since Cinco de Mayo is coming up, I’m sharing ideas on how you can create an outfit for the occasion. Lola is reviewing the beauty products she emptied in April. Allison reviews a plumping lip duo. Marsha writes a reverse bucket list to inspire women to appreciate themselves. And Barbie describes an easier way to get dental implants without replacing every single tooth. Age doesn’t matter, so why don’t you try all these ways to celebrate, indulge, improve and beautify?
Best wishes for a Happy Cinco de Mayo from the Beauty & Style Spotlight Team!

Do you wonder what past lives you might have had, if there is such a thing? And if there is, do you sometimes wonder what karma you are working through in your present life? Finally, if there actually is karma wouldn’t you want to clear it away and live your purpose by choosing the right path for you?
A few years ago, I had a vision in a dream of number codes stretching out through the universe in rows. Someone told me that what I saw was the Akashic records, or the existence of all that was, is and will be. They said it was a glimpse of my ability to read the records and that I should study it.
I was curious but hadn’t gotten around to it. Then, Patti Stevens of Soul Paths energy healing offered to collaborate with me on her specialty in Akashic Soul Realignment. I was excited to get an Akashic records reading from her to see what it was like. I expected to hear past life stories, but it was so much more.
Once you discover past life stories, you may realize what choices have been blocked and become conscious of more freedom of choice day by day. If you are ready to clear away anything that is keeping you from your purpose, then you are ready for this energy healing work.
In this post, I’m sharing with you the process of an Akashic Soul Realignment Session:
- What happens before your session;
- What is revealed during the reading;
- The follow-up healing work and check-in after the reading;
- How to contact Patti with questions and to arrange your own Akashic Soul Alignment session;
- Information on the full range of services Patti offers. She has extensive background in a wide variety of modalities.
Note: What Exactly Are the Akashic Records and Is There Any Proof?
