New Book is a Helpful Guide on How to Eat Healthy

This is an update to my original book review on “How Healthy People Eat” by Kristen Coffield of The Culinary Cure. Since my recent illness (see my blog post on that HERE), I feel more than ever that Kristen’s work is important to lifelong health and wellness. As I struggled with a severe inflammatory reaction to the Covid vaccines, I discovered a detox diet that has been helping my body to make a strong recovery. It’s like “Top Chef” meets Cupid. The main love affair blooms through the sense of taste. The author really acquired a lot of knowledge about what creates the highest quality in foods, including many in the Cuban tradition. And she describes it delectably.

Today, I have a good read to share. It tackles an important topic, if you’re like me and battle ever-encroaching clutter. This new book shows midlife women how to declutter for clarity of mind and home. It’s called PopUpPurge: Release Midlife Clutter & Reclaim Inner Clarity by Mary Vraa of the blog Shift Your Stories. After a few hours of reading this book, I was already inspired to start getting rid of some things around the house! Now that I have read the whole book, I can just imagine what I can do once I start using the processes set forth by the author.
