Style Tip of the Day: A Beautiful Warm-Weather Look

This is an installment in my Style Tips series (see more here.) Today I have an easy way to upgrade your outfit in the spring and summer.  Age doesn’t matter. You can make a plain and basic outfit look better at home or quickly spiff it up on your way out the door. Here’s how you do it:

Style Tip of the Day:  A Beautiful Warm-Weather Look

STYLE TIP:

Add a sheer vest, scarf vest or other flowing vest to casual pants or jeans and any top. It dresses up an everyday look.

It’s no secret that a third piece takes an outfit from basic to something more. But even better, this cool and easy, flowing piece comes in so many textures, patterns and colors. And it’s similar to a kimono, just without the extra fabric as sleeves. So that keeps it a bit cooler. It’s quick and easy to throw on anytime and feels so good to wear. You can even add a belt over it if you want.
