This post was going to be about “smart casual” style, but that is such a tricky subject wide open to interpretation for so many possible events that I chose to simplify. So today I am presenting ten ways to elevate your day look to what I am calling “dressed-up day” or “dressy casual.” What I’m talking about is an everyday outfit dressed up with embellishments or business-like touches. Think preppy or posh. Age doesn’t matter. I encourage you to wear what you love and show your true self. So choose from the following elements what you’d like to incorporate into your outfit.
