This Spring, the Goddess look rules with floating layers of diaphanous materials such as chiffon and cascades of romantic ruffles, lace and eyelet. As a normal American woman during what seems to be apocalyptic times, I’m not interested in buying extreme fanciful fashions. I don’t have very many fancy places to go and live a practical, busy life. So I’m really interested in enjoying the few ruffled tops that I already own as I go about my daily business. If you have a ruffled top or two as well, I hope you will benefit from the outfit ideas I’ve collected here. Or maybe you will find at least one to acquire that fits into your wardrobe.
