After my body had an inflammatory reaction to the Covid vaccine last year, I learned about the importance of the microbiome. I went on an elimination diet, eliminating all possible inflammatory foods. Now I am adding one food at a time to see which ones trigger bodily discomfort. I’m on my way to a new healthy diet.
