What Happens at a Yoga Retreat on the Sea?

Hi!  My sister and I just got back from the Ageless Beauty:  Yoga & Wellness cruise to Cozumel.  Hosted by Cindy Bartz, the yoga cruise had dozens of natural healing classes and events as well as private sessions to choose from.  When you meet the instructors, you can see that when you practice wellness techniques age doesn’t matter because they are all glowing with vitality.  So what happens at a yoga retreat on the sea?  Let me tell you a little about it and share with you what I learned.

The weather wasn’t the greatest because of a storm that passed through, making the waters choppy.  That made my first snorkeling adventure a little difficult, but I saw a baby shark and other fascinating sea life and had a fun trip overall.

How to Start Practicing Yoga

Yoga refreshes the mind, body and spirit. It helps tone the body and keeps the internal organs and the hormone system in the right balance.

Age doesn’t matter.  Yoga is one exercise that can be done by people of all age groups. In fact, with the passing of time, one of the most important physical exercises that can be done is yoga.  People from all walks of life can benefit from the advantages of a course like that of the Yoga teacher training in India. There are many people over 50 and 60 who can flexibly touch their toes and clasp their hands behind their back.

The trick is to start the yoga practice at a slow pace and to be patient with yourself as the class progresses. Gradually, the body stretches further and further and becomes more flexible.
