Age doesn't matter.

14 Ways to Dress for Day to Evening in Winter

If you’re busy, you may need to be ready for an evening event going directly from your business of the day.  Age doesn’t matter if you have fun things to do and don’t want to stop at home to change first.  Here are some tips for the busy woman.  And then I have 14 ways to dress for day to evening in winter.

Some General Tips to Help You Dress for Day to Evening

1. Pack Evening Accessories

To go from day to night, the simplest thing to do is to carry evening accessories with you.  Include special jewelry, a clutch and evening shoes.  Intensify your makeup and you’re done!

2. Wear Some Texture and/or Embellishment During the Day

For winter, velvet, leather and embellished pieces go easily from day to evening.  A sparkly scarf works all day as well, and adds a little warmth, too.

3. Choose Certain Colors

Black is a classic for both day and night, but you can use any other colors including browns.  Red  commands attention during the day and is festive and sexy at night. It can spark up any outfit for evening.

4. The Value of Gold

Gold accessories are always classy, whether for day or evening.
