6 Posts From the Beauty & Style Spotlight Team
Finding the right lipsticks isn’t easy, but you can mix your own to get the perfect shades you’re looking for. Angie at Your True Self Blog helps you to discover how to make your lipstick colors look spectacular!
If you are seeking a refreshing and delightful new body wash, then Lola’s Secret Beauty Blog highly recommends Native Body Wash in Cucumber & Mint. It’s truly amazing and perfect for the season!
Nancy from Nancy’s Fashion Style sees pastel shades everywhere in the new collections, and butter yellow in particular. She had already bought an amazing pair of yellow jeans last year, so they will be coming out of the closet again soon. Nancy was never such a fan of this color, but actually, it makes you happy instantly!
April Fools or the real thing? Shinesty’s latest underwear will definitely make you do a double-take. It sounds like a joke, but it’s not. Barbie Ritzman of Barbie’s Beauty Bits explains that odor-neutralizing fabric technology is real and improving, turning what feels like a punchline into something genuinely useful.
In this post, Terri of Our Good Life explores how slowing down and building intentional self-care rituals at home can turn ordinary routines into grounding, restorative moments. It highlights the value of mindful beauty and wellness practices that reduce stress, engage the senses, and help create a more personal, sustainable rhythm in everyday life.
Need a little color in your cheeks? Allison from Never Say Die Beauty loves LYS Beauty Higher Standard Cream Glow Blush Stick! It’s perfect for dry skin, easy to apply and doesn’t fade like other creams.
And There’s More!

Your post about mixing lipstick was so interesting. I’ve never mixed lipsticks though I do play with lip liners and glosses.

I never bother with lip liners and I’m just getting back into glosses after being scared away from them for awhile by messaging that they don’t look right on older women. Me, who tries to always remind my readers that age doesn’t matter! Well, I got hooked on City Lips glosses that are combination lip treatments and then I was gifted a Lancome set with Juicy gloss that’s delightful, so I’m back into them. I’m interested to know how you play with the lip liners…
