What’s the simplified, easy, low-cost way to sound healing?

When I received a Tibetan singing bowl as a gift, I loved it so much that I wrote about it. (Silent Mind is offering 15% off on selected singing bowls for a limited time.) My blog post on how to use singing bowls to heal body, mind and spirit (HERE) ended up being number two out of my ten most popular posts of 2020. Silent Mind congratulated me by sending a gift of Tingsha bells. I wasn’t that interested in Tingsha bells at first. But after I tried them, I was really impressed with the experience! How to Reverse Aging for a Body Up to 15 Years Younger!

Deepak Chopra, M.D., and his colleague David Simon, M.D., explained how this could be done in a book they wrote together 20 years ago. Their findings are just as pertinent today as they were then. Since not everyone may be aware of their recommendations, I decided to provide you with an overview of their book:  Grow Younger, Live Longer:  10 Steps to Reverse Aging.

When the book came out, Chopra & Simon wrote an article in the “Vegetarian Times” presenting an excerpt containing the ten steps.
