When COVID-19 hit our part of the United States, the first thing I did was make sure I added vitamin C, echinacea, goldenseal and zinc to my daily vitamins. My husband followed suit and then asked me to come up with a list for our friends and neighbors of what supplements can help with immunity and stress.
